William M. Kendrick

February 26, 1944 ~ September 3, 2019 (age 75)

Remembering Peter

William Mitchell Kendrick affectionately known as Peter too many who knew him was born February 26th 1944 in Macon Georgia to Betty Jane Kendrick. Peter became a member of St. James CME Church after he married and for several years he served as Usher. He retired as a dedicated employee of CeMax formerly known as Medusa and earned the nickname "Pit Boss".

He enjoys Several hobbies, such as fishing, collecting knives, collect various hat sitting outside with his best friend Larry Johnson and Ricky Rumph he enjoyed watching WWE Wrestling and NASCAR Racing However he enjoy nothing better than to see his family got together either at his residence or traveling on family vacations. Additionally Peter enjoyed spending valuable time with his grandkids and great-grandkids they surrounded him with warmth of love.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 Brothers Nathaniel Kendrick, Grady Lee Kendrick and John Henry Boone Stokeling; 3 sisters Betty Mae Kendrick, Florence( Polly) Anderson Julia (Mickey) Toomer. Leaves to cherish his memories a devoted wife of 50 years Annie Mae Kendrick one brother Burnest Stokeling three brothers and sister in law's Larry (Wanda) Golden Jimmy(Irene) Golden, Philip (Cheryl) Golden, Elnora Kendrick. 9 children Angela Golden Patrice McGee Cheryl Atkinson, Michael (Crystal) Golden ,Markus Golden ,William Quinton (Yolanda) Kendrick ,Williams Quincy (Toshiba) Kendrick, Erica (Darrel) Young, Detravious Hill.

27 Grandchildren(two deceased-Monica L. Adkison and MarShae McGhee. six great-grands a host of nieces, nephews,other relatives and friends. Special thanks to a very devoted brother-in-law Larry Golden nephew Nathan Kendrick and friend Larry Johnson.
